At HappySnout, we want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), if your product is defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase — no questions asked.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
