Delivery Timeframes All orders are delivered within 8–11 business days from the date of purchase confirmation. Please note that business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Shipping Method We ship all orders via Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable door-to-door courier service delivering nationwide across South Africa.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being handed over to Aramex for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays While we strive to ensure timely delivery, HappySnout is not liable for any delays caused by Aramex, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact Aramex directly using your tracking number, or reach out to us and we will assist where possible.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. HappySnout cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Aramex tracking number. You can track your order at aramex.com.
